APPLICATION
Welcome to the Ralla Klepak Performing Arts Program at Sarah Hartman Women's College of Touro. We are so excited to have you apply to our program.
The program is on a first-come, first-served basis and once your application is processed and accepted, you will be notified.
Please understand that while this is a free program, it is a large commitment throughout the school year and participants must be present during program.
We usually meet 1-2 Sundays per month, aside for Chagim, and our calendar can be found on the home page.
5th-10th grade will meet from 10-11:50am
1st-4th grade will meet from 12-1:50pm

By signing below, I, the parent or legal guardian of the participant registered above, grant the Sarah Hartman Women's College of Touro my permission to use the photographs/videos taken during the Ralla Klepak Sunday Programming for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
